Emma Hanrahan was attacked by the three male teens when she was walking through the GAA carpark last Friday at around 6pm.

Her leg was sliced in the attack which could have been a lot worse had she not frantically kicked and punched to keep the blade away from her face.

Now gardai are asking anyone who may have been in the Bath Road area last Friday between 6pm and 6.20pm to get in touch to help with the investigation.
