Local elections will be held in Bassetlaw District Council on May 2.

The polling will run from 7am to 10pm on the same date, with Labour looking to hold on to power in the district.
There are 48 seats up for grabs. Labour currently hold 33 of those seats, with 12 Conservative councillors and three independent councillors.
The current leader of the district council is Alan Rhodes, who is also the opposition leader for Labour at Nottinghamshire County Council.
The Liberal Democrats will be hoping to win a seat for the first time since 2006.
The UK Independence Party (UKIP) is also fielding candidates.
