Basketball Zero Styles Tier List [Basketball God] – Roblox

The most important criterion that determines your overall gameplay in Basketball Zero is the style you pick for your character. While certain styles may appear effective during the initial phase, they often become ineffective, necessitating a switch to a more effective one. To avoid such confusion, I have made a style tier list.

All Styles Tier List in Basketball Zero

Below, I have ranked all the styles available in Basketball Zero according to their overall potential during a match. Go through each of them and choose the best one to win matches more consistently.

A Tatlis, Giant, Star, Sniper, Flash, Playmaker, Lock, Fetch, Lazy Worker, Uncle Sam
B Phantom, Jackpot, Chuck, Quick
C Clutch

S- Tier

Any style that is mentioned under S-Tier is the best in the game, and you should try to acquire it without a second thought.

  • Emperor: The Emperor is a Tier Style in Basketball Zero that has little to no counter because of its excellent kit, which includes all the skills, both offensive and defensive, to become the best player on the pitch. Firstly, you have the Emperor's Dribble + Ultimate Pass, which enables you to get past any player with ease and pass to any opponent for free anywhere on the pitch. Along with these, there are Emperor's Reach and Emperor's Defense skills that can block any incoming shots without breaking a sweat. It is the best style in the game and should definitely be equipped if you are aiming for the leaderboards.
  • Ace: The Ace is the best style overall in Basketball Zero. The primary reason for this is that it is a balanced style that facilitates scoring and navigating past enemies in the game. Even the awakened skill offers unique dribbling and scoring abilities that surpass those of every other style.
  • Copycat: The Copycat Style is a top-tier Style in Basketball Zero, as it allows you to replicate/mimic any Style of your opponent. As a result, you can directly counter your enemies by picking their more effective Style and using it for your team. The only downside is that you may be a bit less valuable when the enemy teams are using poor or less effective Styles in the game.
  • Basketball God: The Basketball God is another Limited Style in Basketball Zero, ranked among the best due to its incredibly versatile kit, which allows players to excel in both offense and defense. Whether it's the Shamgod fake dribbling skill or the Reverse Dunk, all these abilities are suitable for various scenarios and can even put the other S-Tier skills to shame if appropriately used. While all the skills are good, I mainly like the Cutscene-based skill -Dunk over Heaven, which allows a player to fly in the air and dunk from anywhere on the pitch.
  • Gold: The Gold is one of the best overall Styles in Basketball Zero, suitable for both offensive and defensive users. This is mainly due to the perfect mix of shooting abilities, such as I'm Better at Shooting, and blocking skills like Pressure Defense. Due to this mixture, the Style is effective in every part of the court and suits all the players. Still, I would recommend this Style for support players who need to adapt quickly according to the situation.
  • Chrollo: Chrollo is another fantastic player who excels in dribbling and shooting. You can use skills like Creator's Dribble to move past players, while Green helps you to score from anywhere on the pitch. Even awakening abilities like Chaos and Not My Reality help you to gain more position on the field and shoot easily. This is the perfect Style for players who love to show off while accumulating a large number of points.
  • Switcher: The Switcher is the best Style for fast-paced and strategic players, which allows you to swap positions with your allies during a match. This is extremely lethal if you pair it up with skills like Cursed Dash, which enables you to move anywhere on the court easily. The Awakening moves like Imagination, and Brothers are also pretty solid, helping you get free points. It is a good Style that requires a lot of strategy to make the utmost use of it.
  • Perfection: Indicative of its name, this is the perfect Style in Basketball Zero that has a good set of both offensive and defensive moves. For instance, the perfect dribbling enables you to go past any opponent with ease, while you can use Blink to teleport in front of someone to steal the ball. This perfect balance of everything is what makes Perfection the best Style for support players. It's a must-have Style if you really want to make an impact on the court.

A- Tier

All styles in this tier are some of the best in the game, but they are only next to the S-Tier. Try to get one from this list if you are unable to roll something from the previous tier list.

  • Tatlis: The Tatlis is the best defensive and dribbling Style in the entire game. Each one of its skills, like Snap and Colored Strike, is catered towards moving past opponents with ease or taking the ball from them. The best part is that these moves are straightforward to execute and allow you to confuse opponents in multiple ways. For instance, the Snap ability has two versions, and players won't be able to guess which version will be executed next, leaving them perplexed and second-guessing.
  • Giant: The Giant is another excellent ability in Basketball Zero, featuring an ideal mix of both offensive and defensive movesets, including Post Form and Snatch Block. The awakened form is also highly potent, guaranteeing a point every time you activate it within the scoring area.
  • Star: The Star is the best style in the entire game for offensive-style players. Almost every ability in the kit is designed to score goals from almost anywhere on the map. Additionally, the abilities are straightforward to use, making it even suitable for novice players with limited gameplay experience.
  • Flash: The Flash is the go-to Style for all speed-based players. It is handy in repositioning a lot on the field and moving past enemies in an instant. The Style also features a great Awakening move that provides a free block at any time.
  • Sniper: Indicative of its name, all of the abilities of Sniper are pretty quick, giving the opponent little to no time to the opponent. Whether it be Quick Release Shooting Move or the Perfect Arc, everything is swift. Along with quickness, the abilities also have a long range, especially the full-court ability, which enables players to shoot from a long distance, evading defending players.
  • Playmaker: The Playmaker is the perfect style for players who love dribbling and moving around the field to find the ideal moment to pass the ball and help their teammates score points. All of the abilities, from Nutmeg to Alley Oop, are geared towards executing this strategy. So, if you are such a playmaker who wants to control the pace of the game, Playmaker should be your primary pick.
  • Lock: The Lock is a slightly downgraded version of the Giant Style. However, it is highly effective for its tier due to skills like Intercept and Hands Up, which can even block air balls. The Style also features a unique Awakening called Clamps, which can steal the ball from any player and then make a direct shot toward the ring. If you like defending, this should be your next go-to Style apart from the Giant.
  • Fetch: The Fetch is a style suitable for rebounders and support players. Firstly, you have the Dive ability, which allows you to jump from your position and grab loose balls to shoot again. Additionally, abilities like Floater enable you to perform free layups even outside the three-point line, making them perfect for rebounders and support players.
  • Lazy Worker: The Lazy Worker is a Limited Time Style that has moves inspired by a fast worker, making it one of the weirdest and unique Styles in the game. Speaking about the abilities, almost all the skills like Trap or Catch Me excel in scoring points, making it an ideal choice for aggressive players. Even the Awakening moves like Cook or I will be in the next game are point-scoring cutscenes.
  • Uncle Sam: As the name suggests, this Style has been inspired by the Fictional Uncle Sam character found in American pop culture. This is a very peculiar style that excels in dribbling and gains advantageous areas on the court. Along with that, there are dedicated moves for shooting like Star Shoot and Cannon Pass, making it another solid Style for shooting.

B- Tier

The following set of tiers is good for beginner-level players, but should be replaced by something from the above tiers as you progress in the game.

  • Jackpot: The Jackpot is a decent Style in Basketball Zero that is extremely good in some scenarios while bad in others. The main reason for this is the presence of RNG-based moves, such as Jackpot and Loaded Dice, which can provide good or no skills at all, depending on luck. However, it is still a viable style for players who love to dribble and steal the ball from opponents frequently.
  • Phantom: Phantom is a decent ability for newbies who are still learning about how to move inside the game. I mainly like the invisible ability that works like magic against other newcomers, as it has an element of surprise. Also, other skills like Bullet Pass and Invisible Drive are team-based powers that help players develop the importance of team play.
  • Chuck: The Chuck is an okayish Style that may be good for certain players while extremely bad for others. What makes it suitable is the dribble moves that are good for clearing past a few players, and what makes it less compelling is the RNG-based shooting abilities like Let Me Cook that have a 50/50 chance of making the hoop.
  • Quick: Indicative of its name, the Quick is a style designed for players who adore speed-based builds. Almost every skill in the kit, like Dash Boost, is designed to make the player the fastest on the field. You can utilize these speed-based abilities in both defensive and offensive situations, enabling you to win matches consistently. However, there are features catered exclusively towards scoring or defending the ball in the game, making it a floater-type style suitable for midfielders.

C- Tier

All of the styles below are very poor and should not be considered unless you have exhausted all other options for a new style.

  • Clutch: The Clutch is the worst style in Basketball Zero. The main reason for this is that the kit has nothing special about it, except for its average shooting move, Jump Stop, and defensive move, Pressure Defense. Additionally, the awakening move is relatively simple and does not significantly contribute to the gameplay aspect.
