March 26--A Hollywood Hills West residence once home to consummate crooner Barry Manilow has come to market for $2.865 million.
The Spanish Revival-style home, occupied by the singer-songwriter during the 1970s, has changed hands on four separate occasions over the last two decades, most recently in 2011 for $1.85 million. In 2006, near the height of the market, the home sold for $2.12 million. Eight years earlier it went for $1 million and in 1993 it sold for $650,000.
