Barry Cameron found: Bonnyrigg man reported missing is traced safe and well

A man reported missing from Bonnyrigg has now been found safe and well.

Police in Midlothian announced on Saturday afternoon that they were searching for Barry Cameron and urged anyone who thought they'd seen him.

The 38-year-old was previously last seen leaving an address on Campview Road in the town at around 5pm yesterday (Friday). He was in a grey Ford Focus Zetec vehicle.

Officers issued a detailed description in a bid to get word out about his disappearance.

Midlothian Police confirmed shortly before 3.30pm that he has now been traced.

They said: "Police Scotland can confirm that Barry Cameron (38), who had been reported missing from Bonnyrigg, has been traced safe and well. The public and media are thanked for their assistance."
