Two people have died and another was seriously injured in a crash in Barrow upon Humber, police have confirmed.
The man and woman were killed in the collision shortly before midday yesterday.
The incident that involved a Volvo HGV and a Vauxhall Mokka happened around midday near to the junction of Thornton Street and Wold Road on the B1206.
Another man who was driving the car sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck was unhurt.
Emergency services including the air ambulance were called.
One patient was taken to Hull Royal Infermary, Hull Live reported yesterday.
