Barron Trump is turning heads at university, not for a new relationship but for his sharp focus on business. According to a new report from People, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump seems more interested in launching companies than looking for love.
The 18-year-old, now in his second year at New York University, has reportedly been exploring the idea of starting a tech business. It would not be his first attempt at entrepreneurship. Reports say he once founded a real estate company but chose to close it down before his father’s inauguration in January 2017.
Romance, however, is not on his list of priorities. A source reportedly said Barron has made it clear he is focused elsewhere. “I don’t think that’s a big deal in his life right now,” the insider explained. “He has more school, a family who dotes on him, and a career of his own he is launching.”

Those close to him say Barron has spent much of his time building “his own financial interests” and networking with people who share his drive. He is said to be genuinely committed to carving out his own path, separate from the political storm that has surrounded his family for years.
“He is interested in business in general, developing properties, making money, and being involved in successful projects,” the source added. “He has his own ideas and understands what people of his age are looking for. He is quite entrepreneurial, bright, and not shy about getting his own career in gear.”
The picture painted is of a teenager who has no intention of living in his father’s shadow. While other students his age might be more concerned with social life or dating, Barron seems determined to establish himself as a serious player in the world of business. His interest in tech and property shows he is already thinking long term, looking for ways to set himself apart and build something of his own.
Barron has always been the most private of Donald and Melania Trump’s children, rarely seen in the spotlight. His decision to focus on business rather than relationships adds another layer to that image. Those who know him say his family remains supportive, with his parents keen to see him succeed in his own right.
As he continues his studies at NYU, it seems Barron’s energy will be focused on lectures, start-up plans, and business meetings rather than chasing romance.
