Barney Walsh and Stephanie Del Valle Diaz have ‘confirmed’ their relationship by going Instagram official and ending months of speculation about the status of their friendship.
The 24-year-old British actor and presenter is said to have grown close to 25-year-old Puerto Rican beauty Stephanie – who won the Miss World competition in 2016.
Barney – who is the son of 61-year-old The Chase presenter Bradley Walsh and actress and choreographer Donna Derby – met Stephanie after hosting one of the Miss World competitions in 2017.
Last year, fans speculated that the pair might be more than just friends after it was noted they were spending a lot of time together – and now a source has claimed the duo are indeed dating.

A friend of the pair whispered to The Sun on Sunday: “The couple started out as mates.
"They’re now very loved-up and recently enjoyed a winter holiday to Portugal.
“They get on really well and know they’re both young in their careers so give each other space to pursue their dreams. This is set to be a big year for them.”
Meanwhile, fans deduced the duo had gone ‘Insta-official’ as Stephanie shared a romantic sunset snap of herself posing alongside Barney.

The snap showed the pair flashing beaming smiles while coordinating style by both wearing black tops.
The couple appeared to have their arms affectiionately placed behind each other as they stood admiring the sun setting across the Atlantic Ocean while on a trip together in Europe.
Uploading the cute snap to Instagram, Stephanie wrote: “Happy Three Kings Day with a beautiful sunset in Portugal or as we say in Spanish, 'Happy Tricking Day' #travelwithsteph.”
The latest snap comes almost a year after Stephanie shared a photo of herself posing with Barney beneath the Eiffel Tower as a flashback photo after they enjoyed a trip to Paris together in 2017.
Fans of Barney will soon see him back on screens alongside his legendary TV presenting father for the upcoming new series of Breaking Dad.
The fourth series of the hit ITV show will begin airing on ITV from Monday, January 17, 2022, at 8pm – with six episodes due to air.

While Bradley has been whipping up anticipation for the new series by sharing photos of himself and his father undertaking some kind of challenge inside a football stadium.
Sharing a photo of himself holding a football, and a second image showing himself and his father both wearing harnesses, he teased on Instagram: “Football? Or a heights challenge? BREAKING DAD SEASON 4!! Starts this coming Monday.”Bradley Walsh's son, Barney 'dating former Miss World contestant'
