This sprawling seven bedroom home has sold for over triple its asking price after a lot of interest from house hunters.
The property on Belmont Drive in Tuebrook, was listed to go up for auction with Sutton Kersh on December 10, with a guide price of just £10,000.
But after a huge amount of interest in the property, which was described as "the ultimate doer upper", it sold before the auction for over £30,000.
29 properties worth £2.2 Million were sold prior to auction, including the property in Tuebrook which sold for considerably more.
Bids also soared for properties based in Old Swan, Wavertree, Walton and Aintree on the day of the online auction, when 88 properties were sold with a total value of over £7 million.
The majority of homes sold for over their guide price and renovation projects seemed to be extremely popular, both in Liverpool and further afield.

This included a three bedroom town house in L9, which had a guide price of £35,000 and sold for £80,000.
A double fronted mid town house on Greenfield Road in Old Swan, also sold for £200,000 which was £35,000 over its guide price, after it was converted into five self-contained flats.

Cathy Holt, Associate Director, said: "What an incredible way for us to finish the year, taking us to over 550 properties sold in the last 12 months!
"The value of sold properties has increased this year by 16% on the previous year and we have also seen a 6% increase in the total number of properties we have sold.
"To be up on last year’s figures in a year overshadowed by a global pandemic is a true testament to my team and how hard they work to deliver the best results for our Vendors.
"It was also interesting to see such a high demand in a single postcode on Thursday’s auction - L15, Wavertree."
