The CEO of Barclays bank stepped down amid an investigation into his relationship with disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein.
American Jes Staley has been under investigation by the FCA since 2019, when old emails between Staley and Epstein first emerged.
Staley is known to have visited the private island owned by Epstein that became the focus of much of the Epstein scandal
The island's name is Little Saint James, but locals reportedly referred to it as 'paedophile island'.
Staley will receive a £2.5 million pay off as well as being entitled to repatriation fees and £120,000 in pension contributions.
Barclays and Staley were notified of the report on Friday and reportedly came to an agreement that he should step down from the role.
Barclays said in a statement: "It should be noted that the investigation makes no findings that Mr Staley saw, or was aware of, any of Mr Epstein's alleged crimes, which was the central question underpinning Barclays' support for Mr Staley following the arrest of Mr Epstein in the summer of 2019."
So who is Jes Staley? Here's everything we know about the multi-millionaire banker.
Who is Jes Staley?

James Edward Staley was born in Massachusetts in December 1956.
He reportedly met Epstein in 2000 when he took over banking giant JP Morgan.
Epstein was one of the bank's clients.
Staley later admitted to having dealings - though insisted such dealings were "professional" only - with Epstein as late as 2015, this was seven years after Epstein was convicted of child prostitution charges.
In 2015, Staley sailed on his yacht with his wife to Epstein's private island and featured in the billionaire's 92-paged black book of contacts.
"He was already a client. The relationship was maintained during my time at JPMorgan, but as I left Morgan it tapered off quite significantly," Staley said at the time.
"Obviously I thought I knew him well and I didn't. And for sure with hindsight of what we all know now I deeply regret having had any relationship with Jeffrey Epstein."
Epstein was sentenced in 2008 to 18 months in prison, of which he served 13, for procuring a child for prostitution.
In 2019, he was charged with with one count of sex trafficking of a minor and one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking
Net worth and career controversy

Staley is estimated to have a net worth of around £87 million, according to Glusea.
The financier has run into previous trouble with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
He was fined over £730,000 in 2016 after trying to identify a whistleblower that raised issues with another senior employee at Barclays.
Staley was born in to a rich family and his father was president of PQ Corporation, which is now part owned by Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS.
He spent 34 years at JP Morgan, before leaving to go to BlueMountain Capital in 2014, before becoming CEO of Barclays in 2015.
Staley is married to Deborah Staley, an interior designer and the pair have two daughters together.
