Barcelona XI vs Tottenham: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for Joan Gamper Trophy

Xavi has named as strong side for Barcelona’s friendly against Tottenham this evening.

Both Andreas Christensen (ankle) and Ilkay Gundogan are on the bench after suffering with slight injuries, while Gavi has returned to the starting lineup and Robert Lewandowski leads the line.

New addition Inigo Martinez is ruled out having sustained a foot injury at Athletic Bilbao last season before moving to Barca. Clement Lenglet, on loan at Spurs last season, is on the bench.

Franck Kessie, constantly linked with a move to Spurs, is not involved as he closes in on a move to Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli, while Ousmane Dembele is close to joining Paris Saint-Germain and also misses out on the squad.
