Barcelona worried about Liverpool stealing De Ligt

Barcelona are reportedly still worried about Liverpool stealing away Matthijs de Ligt as they aim to land the Ajax captain.

The 19-year-old is highly likely to make a move to Barcelona when the transfer window opens on Thursday, with his agent believed to have agreed a fee between the clubs.

However, Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barcelona are still not confident about landing De Ligt.

A deal between the Dutch international and Barcelona is yet to be officially agreed and until that time, Liverpool could still swoop, according to the report.
