Jasper Cillessen is expected to get a run out in goal with Thomas Vermaelen in contention to return from his latest injury. Youngsters Chumi and Juan Miranda will also be hopeful of starting again.
Sergi Samper was injured in the first leg but is contention to return to action on Wednesday night. Carles Alena will be hoping to get the nod with first-team options likely to be rested ahead of Saturday’s trip to Espanyol.
Lionel Messi will almost certainly be rested with Malcom a likely beneficiary.
