Barcelona have reportedly made a bid of Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele PLUS €40million for Neymar - which PSG are set to reject.
The La Liga giants are desperate to be reunited with the Brazil striker who left two years ago in a world record move to PSG .
Neymar is unhappy in Paris and has made clear his desire to return "home" to the Catalan club.
Now, according to AS English , Barca have made their first move.
And it involves Coutinho - signed 18 months ago from Liverpool for £142m - and Dembele who joined from Dortmund for £135.5m two years ago.
Even with a €40m fee thrown in though, PSG are said to have rejected the move.
President Nasser Al-Khelaifi is determined to recoup as much of the £199m splashed out on Neymar in 2017 as possible.
That is a sum currently beyond the financial means of Barcelona who have only just completed the £108m signing of Antoine Griezmann having taken a loan of just under a third of that to cover the fee.
Meanwhile, sticking with La Liga, Gareth Bale’s agent has shot down speculation the winger could return to Tottenham.
It had been speculated the Real Madrid star was set to rejoin the Londoners after departing for the Spanish capital in 2013.
But his representative Jonathan Barnett has offered a blunt, five-word response to talkSPORT.
He said: "I don’t comment on rubbish ."
