Marc-Andre ter Stegen has warned his Barcelona teammates to be wary of Manchester United's threat ahead of the Champions League quarter-final second-leg.
Barcelona go into the home tie with a one goal lead and buoyed on by the advantage of a phenomenal record at home in Europe.
The Catalan giants are unbeaten in 30 Champions League home games, the longest such run in the competition (W27 D3) and have also not conceded more than once in any of those 30 games (15 goals in total) since a 3-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the 2013.
However, Ter Stegen does not think that their incredible record necessarily gives them an advantage ahead of the return leg on Wednesday night.
Speaking ahead of the game, the German goalkeeper warned his teammates to be wary of United and in particular their own attacking threat.
"You always have to watch out," Ter Stegen said.
"We saw in the first leg that they can play with a calmness. We want to start well and dominate the game. We play differently to PSG but you can’t just defend a lead.
"We’ve got a narrow lead and they’re dangerous. We’ve got to keep the ball and create chances to score against them and extend our lead.
"A clean sheet is our objective. They’ve got good attacking threats going forward. What we want to do is defend well when we need to and be ready to attack when the opportunity presents itself."
