Griezmann was the man of the moment on his Nou Camp debut for Barca as they brushed aside the challenge of Real Betis on Sunday night.
The French international levelled the game before the break after Nabil Fekir had given the visitors an undeserved lead.
But it was his second goal, coming shortly after the start of the second half, which had Messi and Suarez creasing.
The pair were in the stands due to injuries - but the TV cameras kept on panning to the talismanic duo.
Griezmann will form the third part of their front line when all three are fit and able to play, but on Sunday they only needed one.
Former Atletico star Griezmann curled the ball into the corner to give Atletico the lead - and produced a sparkling celebration.
As the striker ran to the corner flag, he was presented with a handful of glitter by a member of staff sat based in that corner of the stadium.
Griezmann proceeded to throw the glitter up into the air - giving a magical feel to his Nou Camp bow.
The celebration was taken from one of his NBA heroes, LeBron James.
The basketball ace has been performing the routine in his warm-up for years - although he does it with chalk and not glitter.
Griezmann's double helped Barcelona on their way to a 5-2 victory, as he also bagged an assist for Arturo Vidal's 76th minute strike - Barca's fifth goal of the contest.
