A man has been arrested in connection with the terrorist attack in Barcelona, local media reports suggest.
He was detained in Manlleu having been found with a van that police were searching for after at least 13 people were killed and more injured when a vehicle ploughed into crowds in the Barcelona's bustling Las Ramblas street.
According to media reports, the man had been in prison in the Catalan city of Figueres until 2012.
