Barack Obama has shared a heartwarming birthday message for his wife Michelle as she turns 56.
Record-breaking author Michelle and her former US president husband, 58, look every part the happy couple in a photo booth style collage of them showing their funny and loving sides.
The pair pull faces together as Barack also kisses his wife.
In a message shared on both Instagram on Twitter, he said: “In every scene, you are my star, @MichelleObama! Happy birthday, baby!”.
The couple married 27 years ago and have gone from strength to strength since.
They met at a law firm in Chicago where both were lawyers.
Chicago born Michelle has authored the best selling book Becoming, and also gets booked for speaking engagements around the world.
The pair have two daughters, Malia, 21, and Sasha 18.
