Bar staff left in fits of laughter after youngster leaves rude note on bill

Bar staff were left in stitches after seeing a rude note a four-year-old guest left on his family's bill.

The youngster decided to let staff know about his dad's bowel movement when they visited Woodland Creatures bar and restaurant in Leith, Edinburgh this week.

The young boy had gone to enjoy a vegan roast dinner with his family before his parents were handed the bill, reports the Daily Record.

Not long before they left the establishment, the youngster's father was seen making a beeline for the customer toilets.

After the family had left the venue, servers collected the bill only to see the youngster had left a note saying "Dad's doing a jobby" - a Scottish slang word for poo.

One waiter, Carlos, said: “There was a young family in for Sunday Roasts and Kids Eat Free.

"I served them and found the surprisingly legible note from the young boy just as they were leaving.

“Daddy was in the bathroom just before they left.”

A picture of the bill with the naughty message was shared on social media with many finding it amusing.

One person tagged a mate and wrote: “Doing this to you next time we’re out.”

Another jested: “The only sensible action after three vegan roasts.”
