A guest house filled with artwork by the elusive British artist Banksy has reopened in the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
The nine-room Walled Off Hotel welcomed visitors again on December 13 after nearly two years of closure linked to the war in Gaza.
General manager Wisam Salsaa said the hotel had always planned to remain open but was forced to shut during the conflict. He said tourism is slowly returning and expressed hope for more visitors in the coming months, adding that Bethlehem remains safe despite tensions nearby.
The hotel faces the Israeli separation barrier, a concrete wall covered with graffiti and murals, including several by Banksy.
