So, HSBC is about to make a big song and dance about the stuff a business customer can find on its site - international reports, company information, everything you need to know about conducting your business except persuading those late payers to cough up, it appears.
It's an interesting one. I accept that businesses will want the sort of information that's on offer on this site. As it happens I'm a member of the Institute of Directors, which also offers a comprehensive business library. Many other organisations do the same - but I've yet to see any figures on how many business customers actually use what information from which sources (my own use of the IoD tends to be restricted to its function as a London base that every cabbie will know, so it's useful for meetings).
Any BusinessInsight readers like to tell us where they go for their information and advice?
