An insider told The Sun : "Katie has said that she'll be leaving the home over her dead body.
"She has insisted it is the place she and the kids are happiest and says she will have to be dragged out kicking and screaming.
"Builders are still in the place and doing a lot of work. And Katie has told them to carry on because she has no plans to go anywhere."
