Millions of people across the country will have a day off when Princess Charlotte celebrates her birthday next year.
Prince William's only daughter's seventh birthday will fall on what used to be known as the May Day bank holiday, Gloucestershire Live reports.
However, people shouldn't get too carried away because the country will not be getting an extra bank holiday like it did when the Queen celebrated the platinum jubilee in June 2022.

It's because Princess Charlotte, who was born on May 2, 2015, has a birthday that naturally falls on what used be called the May Day bank holiday.
Nowadays the first Monday of the fifth month is officially called the early May Bank holiday rather than May Day which is associated with socialism.
But in 2022 it will also mark the day the only daughter of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge was born in the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital London.
And it means the princess, who weighed in at 8lb 3oz when she was born at 8.34am on May 2, 2015, will get a day off school to celebrate her birthday.
Princess Charlotte attends the same London school as Prince George, 8, where some believe she is known simply as Lottie.
It is the second time that her May 2 birthday has fallen on a bank holiday and the same thing happened when she turned one in 2016.
But never fear, there is an extra bank holiday at the start of June to mark the Queen's jubilee year.
The extra bank holiday will be on Friday June 3, 2022.
It is the day after the spring bank holiday which has been moved from the traditional Monday slot to Thursday June 2, 2022 to allow four days of celebrations.
