A bumper entry of over 1,000 runners enjoyed the popular Bangor 10k at the weekend.
The Northern Ireland and Ulster Championship event saw big wins for Gideon Kipsang and Emma Mitchell .
Tony Wall, Chairman of North Down Athletic Club which organised the race, said: “The atmosphere in Bangor today has been incredible, with more than 1,000 runners from across the country and beyond coming out to compete against each other and break personal bests.
“We encouraged all abilities to take part and the range of people who came out today was fantastic to see. Each participant should be proud of themselves."
