Band major pipes up to wish Alfred a happy 100th birthday

Perth and Kinross might be in lockdown but that did not stop one resident celebrating a very special birthday.

Alfred Waters, of Muirmont Place, Bridge of Earn, turned 100 yesterday (April 2).

Perth and Kinross care home fees go up £300 a month

To help him celebrate, Pipe Major Alistair Duthie of the Perth and District Pipe Band, attended and played a few tunes including happy birthday keeping a safe distance of course due to the coronavirus crisis.

Members of Alfred’s family were also there to wish him a happy birthday.
