A woman is being treated for injuries following a shooting incident in Ballymun, North Dublin.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Shangan Park this Sunday afternoon.
The gunman is understood to have fled the scene, and the woman is currently being treated on site for her injuries, Dublin Live reports.
Gardai remain on scene as an investigation takes place.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are currently at the scene of a shooting incident in Shangan Park, Ballymun which occurred this afternoon, Sunday 28th June 2020.
"A woman, age currently unknown, received a non-life threatening injury as a result of the incident. She is being treated at the scene by Ambulance Services.
"The suspected offender fled the scene.
"Investigations are ongoing."
