Ballymena United boss David Jeffrey has confirmed the double departure of striker Matthew Shevlin and versatile midfielder Willie Faulkner.
Shevlin was offered a three year deal to stay at the Showgrounds but has opted to seek pastures new.
Champions Linfield are just one of the clubs being linked with a move for the 20-year-old.

Jeffrey said he was “very disappointed” Shevlin had decided to "break from the club" at the end of his current contract, but insisted the homegrown hitman leaves with his “full understanding”.
He said: “Matthew was offered an improved, three year contract in writing several months ago and he chose to consider the offer.
“We have had several discussions and met again this evening and it is with disappointment that he sees his future away from the club.
“The reality is Matthew would say his recent time here has been stop start, primarily through injury, and he felt at this stage his career might be best served away from Ballymena.
“He was clear he wouldn’t rule out a return in the future, but at this moment in time, it’s in his best interests to break from the club.
“Bryan (McLaughlin) and I are naturally very disappointed, but we totally understand and respect his rationale and we wish him all the best in what lies ahead.”

Shevlin, whose appearances were limited this season primarily due to the form of Cathair Friel and Adam Lecky, scored on his United debut as a 15-year-old in 2014.
Jeffrey added: “He is a homegrown player that came from Carniny Youth and developed during his time here. He lost sleep over the decision, but feels now is the time to move on.”
Jeffrey also revealed he wasn't in a position to offer Faulkner, who joined Ballymena from Ards in 2015, a new contract.
He said: “While William has had a frustrating time with injury, his contribution on and off the pitch has been significant.
“Ordinarily we would have wanted to retain his services but with the rules around the composition of the squad, as we stand at this moment in time players who are not homegrown and not in contract find themselves in a difficult situation.
“It is sad for us that we are unable to offer William a contract. He has been fully committed and professional and he won’t be short of offers.”
