Ballymacash Rangers have named Michael Gault as their new first team manager
The former Linfield midfielder will be assisted in the dugout by former Blues teammate Chris Kingsberry and Northern Ireland Schoolboy International Andy Patterson.
Gault made over 480 appearances for Linfield during a glittering playing career, winning every major honour available including seven league titles.
Ballymacash club official Neil Woolsey said: “We are delighted to secure the services of Michael who will bring a wealth of experience to Ballymacash Rangers.
"We have ambitious plans to take this club to the next level both on the park and off the park and the experience Gaulty and Kingo will bring will certainly help us achieve this."
Gault - who also played for Crusaders and Ballymena United during his playing career - insists he is relishing the challenge.
"I’m delighted to join Ballymacash Rangers as first team manager," he said.
"Having completed my Uefa B Licence last year, now I can start my management career and pass on my experience to not only the first team but the youth teams at Ballymacash Rangers."
