Ballydugan Road closed after 'two-vehicle collision'

A section of a Co Down road is closed this afternoon after a report of a two-vehicle crash, police say.

In a tweet, NI Road Policing and Safety said: "The Ballydugan Road, Downpatrick, is closed between the Bucks Head Road and Ballyrolly Road following a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision this afternoon."

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes for their journey.

There are no further details at this stage.
