Luke Shaw's goal caused pandemonium all around the country and fans were quick to sing the Manchester United left-back's praise.
England started the game brightly against Italy with the whole team on the front foot from the off.
They opened the scoring early when Harry Kane played a long-ball over to Kieran Trippier who broke through to the edge of the box and delivered a peerless cross in the path of Luke Shaw.
The Manchester United left-back reacted calmly and thumped the ball into the back of the net as Wembley turned raucous.
England fans were quick to sing the left-back's praise and laud him as the best in the world on Twitter in the aftermath of the goal.

Shaw had plenty of critics during his first couple of seasons at Manchester United, and struggled after recovering from a serious leg-break.
But he has established himself as a key member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 's squad and earn a well-deserved England call-up to the tournament.
