Passengers travelling between Balloch and Airdrie are facing massive disruption this morning.
An earlier fault at the West Dunbartonshire end has led to services on this line being cancelled in both directions, meaning a huge upheaval for anyone trying to get to work.
ScotRail say they expect the issues to continue until 9am.
They add: "We’re dealing with a fault on one of our trains at Balloch, which is causing disruption to Balloch – Airdrie services in both directions. We’re working with staff on the train to find and fix the fault.
"We need to alter some services to prevent further disruption."
