A 5-4 penalty shootout success over Warrenpoint Town saw Harry McConkey's Championship side reach the May 4 showpiece.
The game had finished 0-0 after 120 tense minutes.
And the Mallards held their nerve from the spot to seal their place in the final, Ryan Campbell scoring the decisive spotkick.
