Ballantynes Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agency & Lettings' head of estate agency Scott Webster has joined the board as a director for the Ballantynes Property Group.
He joined Ballantynes from Braemore Sales & Lettings, where he was head of estate agency, in December 2019.
During his first year, Webster was able to expand on the marketing product and service for Established Homes, along with increasing market share.
During his 16-year’s working within the property sector, he has been involved in every level of estate agency and marketing. He will now join Rory Ballantyne, managing director of Ballantynes, and Gordon McKenzie, director of new homes,
Webster commented: "Although the aim remains the same, this appointment is an absolute privilege and the gravity is not lost on me at all.
"To be part of the management team is a huge opportunity and now we look forward and I’m excited to build on what we’ve done so far, with solid foundations already in place.”

Webster will be based out of the Edinburgh office, covering the whole of Scotland.
Ballantynes has two offices in Scotland - Edinburgh and Perth - offering estate agency and lettings services.
