Ball State WR hurdles 2 players with one leap vs. Indiana

College football players hurdle players all the time for spectacular plays that we love to see. But you know what’s more impressive than hurdling one player? Hurdling two.

Enter Ball State junior wide receiver Justin Hall, who launched himself over not just an Indiana defender but also his own teammate as he soared through the air.

With the Cardinals and Hoosiers tied at 10 in the second quarter, Hall got the ball on first-and-10 on Ball State’s 40-yard line and took off. He leaped over two players on the nine-yard pickup for one of the first dazzling plays of the 2019 college football season.

The slow-motion replay is helpful to show just how high he got.

In Hall’s first two seasons with Ball State, he had a combined 1,423 receiving yards along with 192 rushing. He was second on the team with 622 receiving yards in 2018 and was second in the MAC with 69 catches.

Through three quarters against Indiana on Saturday, he was far from the team’s leading receiver, but this stunning hurdle play certainly stands out.
