WATCH Balbriggan duo pull hysterical seagull prank on unsuspecting shopkeeper

This hilarious video of a "seagull" stealing a packet of crisps from a store will have you in stitches.

Balbriggan duo Ray Jay, who were behind the prank, said they wanted to "bring people laughter and happiness" through the skit.

The hysterical video shows one half of the duo Jayney in a seagull costume sneaking into a shop before the bird snatches a packet of crisps and flees.

The footage cuts back to the shop with the man at the till looking baffled with a voice behind the camera going, "What the f***?!"

We won't spoil the whole video so you can watch all the hilarious reactions.

Resident seagull Jayney said: "Balbriggan's full of seagulls. We're overrun with seagulls."

Partner in crime Rachel added: "That's what happens when you put so many fast food places in one area.

"They're unreal here. They'd be taking purses and all when you're going to the shops."

Rachel said that the man in the shop wasn't in on the joke.

She added: "He was cool as a cucumber. The reaction was funny. The [people] didn't do anything. Just stood there in shock."

The pair launched their own comedy radio show just a few weeks ago called Ray Jay FM Live where they talk about the latest happenings every Saturday evening at 7.

Rachel said: "We've been doing our RayJay [shows] on Jayne's page for a couple of months. Then we decided to make our page so we had our first show there a few weeks ago publicly.

"And now we're doing some skits to add in."
