Baker Mayfield trolled the Big 12 for penalizing the ‘horns down’ gesture this fall

In case you’re not aware, Baker Mayfield loves to troll, whether it’s aiming his efforts at Colin Cowherd or Ohio or Texas Tech.

On Friday, his latest trolling was aimed at the Big 12 and Texas — the former Oklahoma star tweeted in reference to the Big 12 cracking down on the “horns down” taunt that’s aimed at the Longhorns.

“If you do a Horns Down to a Texas player as an opponent, that’s probably going to be a foul,” Big 12 coordinator of football officials Greg Burks said earlier this week. “If you turn to the crowd and do a Horns Down … it will probably not be a foul.”

How did Mayfield respond?

Trolling at its best.
