Baker Mayfield has debuted a new look for the first weekend of training camp. The shaggy beard is long gone. The quarterback has decided to grow an eyebrow above his lip and it looks straight from the ’80s. Maybe the new “Top Gun” sequel got into Baker’s head, or Brian Sipe’s presence at Saturday’s practice made Mayfield long for the glory days of the Kardiac Kids and the look to match.
It looks like the ‘stache might be back in style if he pairs some wins to go with it. Either way, Mayfield appears to be having fun and when he’s having fun, he’s usually performing at the highest level.
