Cardiff 's Cocorico Patisserie has been crowned the winner of Channel 4's Bake Off: The Professionals.
Tonight's grand final saw the Whitchurch Road -based French duo - made up of Laurian Veaudor and Thibault Courtoisier - go into battle against Clanny and Ryan from The Ivy and Domenico and Alessandra from Park Plaza Hotels.
It's fantastic news for the culinary team who narrowly lost out in the final of the BBC version of the competition back in 2017.
On Tuesday night Liam Charles and Tom Allen hosted the final, where the best three final teams competed to be crowned winner.
The first-round challenge saw the teams create edible chocolate hats good enough to be worn by models at a catwalk show.
As well as this, they had to make a set of 48 filled chocolates.
The final challenge involved designing a historical banquet, said to be fit for a king or a queen, with just seven hours to pull off the end result.
Speaking about the Cardiff-based bakers' hat creation, the judges told the duo: "There is a lot of pastry skills there.
"It's a pleasant chocolate to eat."
The pair were also told one of the chocolates was "extremely rich" but one of the judges said there was a lot of skill put into producing the hat.
In the final challenge the pair were told they worked "like a machine" as the judges celebrated their final creations.
The banquet was described as looking "strikingly beautiful".
They were also praised for the individual components and, overall, the judges were impressed with the team's work enough to crown them champions.
