Great British Bake Off's Paul Hollywod has left fans swooning with an unrecognisable throwback snap from his youth.
In celebration of Eighties-inspired cooking week in the Bake Off tent this week, the 54-year-old judge decided to treat fans to a photo from the iconic decade.
The silver fox, who has cemented his status as a heartthob with piercing blue eyes, shared the snap of his younger self smouldering to the camera on Instagram.
Female fans went wild over the throwback snap, with some convinced he was the spitting image of Hollywood actor Tom Cruise.
Among the comments, one wrote: "Bit of a Tom Cruise look going on.... The 80s is my favourite decade, love everything about it."
Paul wrote alongside the snap: "Here’s one from the late 80's, its also the theme for the Bake Off tonight, “THE 80s”...! 8pm on @channel4.
"Quiche, vol au vents and custard slices at the ready X."
Social media was awash with women gushing over the silver fox's looks in the 80s as they declared him "handsome back then and sexy now".
Among the flurry of comments, they wrote: "Handsome back then and sexy now!"
"Very Tom Cruise ‘ Cocktail’."
"Apart from the eyes but you also look like a very young Tom Cruise @paul.hollywood."
Bake Off returned to screens last month after its cast and crew formed a bubble to ensure filming could go ahead amid Covid-19.
Prue Leith returned with Paul as the judges, while Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas host the much-loved show.
