Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood 'raked in £9.1m last year' - nine times more than co-stars

Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood reportedly raked in a massive £9.1 million last year with his earnings dwarfing those of his telly co-stars.

The celebrity baker, 53, has a media company called HJP Media LLP, which was valued at at around £7.3 million and his other firm, Paul Hollywood Limited, made a profit of £1.8 million, according to The Sun Online .

The hefty figures mean he's worth an astonishing £9.1 million.

Paul's massive earnings appear to be more than nine times of his Bake Off co-stars, Prue Leith, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig, who are all believed to pull in considerably less.

He managed to wangle a £400,000-a-year deal to continue starring on Bake Off when the show moved to Channel 4 after previously earning less than £100,000 for the same job on the BBC.

Bake Off host Noel, 46, is said to bring in around £813,000 a year from two companies he is parts of, while Sandi Toksvig, 61, is believed to have made £177,000.

Prue's firm has yet to file company accounts.

Paul has been going through a painful divorce from his ex-wife Alexandra. The pair were granted a decree nisi last month, bringing their 19-year marriage to an end, however, they are reportedly still negotiating a settlement.

Reports suggest Alexandra has demanded a £5 million pay out from her ex.

As well as dealing with his divorce, Paul recently split form his girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam, 24.

Paul and Summer split after he asked her to sign a gagging order barring her from talking about their relationship, even with her own family.

After Summer firmly refused, she packed up her bags and moved out of Paul's mansion and in with her mother in nearby Kent.

Paul broke his silence on the breakup on Instagram , saying: "Take what’s read with a pinch of salt and read between the lines.

"I know the public can’t be duped into believing what’s out there from a person making money selling stories! and continuously courting the paps...

"There’s always two sides to a story you’ve only heard one.. but alas I don’t play those games... thanks again."

The Great British Bake Off airs every Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4.
