Great British Bake Off viewers were left stunned by Anne-Marie's food confession.
Tuesday's instalment of the cooking show saw four brand new celebrities take to the tent - and all for a good cause.
Singer and songwriter Anne-Marie joined the likes of James McAvoy, Dame Kelly Holmes and David Baddiel to give viewers ideas on how to fundraise in aid of Stand Up 2 Cancer.
The celebrities were tasked by Prue Leith to make cheese scones in the technical challenge.
But The Voice UK coach Anne-Marie confessed that she had no idea what the savoury version of the British afternoon tea delicacy was.
After a quick look at the recipe, Anne-Marie turned to the camera and asked: "What’s a cheesey scone?"
Despite having little knowledge about the savoury treat, she got to work following Prue's very brief instructions.
But her comment didn't go amiss as baffled fans rushed to Twitter to comment on the surprising admission, with many stunned by what they'd heard.
One person asked: "How didn’t u know what a scone was?"
Another commented: "Yes Anne Marie amazing baking skills considering you didn’t know what a scone was!!"

Whilst someone else asked: "Where has she lived all her life? #GBBO."
