Great British Bake Off fans aren't just interested in the treats being whisked up in the tent.
They're also invested in each and every amateur baker.
The latest episode saw the 10 remaining contestants tried to prove - pardon the pun - their bread-baking ability.
Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith tasked them with creating a signature perfectly baked focaccia, 15 even breadsticks in the technical and a themed, milk bread showstopper.

Rochica became the third contestant to leave the baking competition after a few unsuccessful bakes in bread week.
While Giuseppe was awarded star baker and received a coveted 'Hollywood handshake' from Paul.
And it was the first week the top prize hadn't gone to fellow baker Jurgen.
Both Jurgen and Giuseppe have caught viewers' attention and are firm favourites among fans of the show.
But German-born Jurgen has become a talking point once more as Bake Off viewers compare him to an iconic character.

And now it's been said on social media, they 'can't unsee it'.
"Jurgen looks like Winnie the Pooh, I can’t unsee it #GBBO," one viewer tweeted.
Another said: "I’m going to tell all future generations about the day that Winnie the Pooh showed up on the #GBBO in his human form and called himself Jurgen."
"I can't be the only one who thinks Jurgen is a Winnie the Pooh in human form? Obsessed with him #GBBO," a third commented.
A fourth commented: "Is Jurgen available to hire as like, a BFF/ personal baker/ Winnie the Pooh lookalike at birthday parties? Asking for a friend... #GBBO."
Jurgen had his first setback with a couple of criticisms from Prue and Paul.
But he saved himself with his creche and child-themed bread scene – which was filled with chocolate and vanilla mousseline - even if it did terrify viewers slightly.
