Bailey Peacock-Farrell has sent a heartfelt message to Leeds United fans after his move to Burnley was confirmed on Friday afternoon.
The Thorp Arch graduate signed a four-year deal at the Premier League side after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee and he will now compete with Nick Pope and Joe Hart for the Clarets' number 1 shirt.
Peacock-Farrell leaves after five years at the club and he took to Twitter shortly after the deal was confirmed to send a parting message to Leeds United.
"What a journey it has been! From signing for the club at 17, to making my professional debut and then to be given the number 1 short at a club like Leeds United is a massive honour and I will be forever grateful," he posted before saying his thank yous which saw director of football Victor Orta as the only person at the club to be personally namedchecked.

"I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been at the club during my 6 years. From the kitchen staff, all the way through to the backroom team and Victor Orta.
"Thanks to my goalkeeper coaches who have helped mould me into the person and player I am today.
"To all the lads that I have played ith, thank to everyone of you, it's been a pleasure, I hope too see you soon and best of luck for the up and coming season.
"Lastly, I'd like to say a massive thank you to the fan, you are what makes the club so special, your support is incredible."
Peacock-Farrell leaves after he lost his place in the Whites starting XI to January signing Kiko Casilla, who replaced the 22-year-old between the sticks at Elland Road after his January arrival.
