Bahrain's Crown Prince and Israel's Prime Minister stressed in a phone call the importance for the "countries of the region" to take part in any talks about Iran's nuclear program, Bahrain News Agency reported Thursday.
Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu “stressed the importance of regional participation in any negotiations on the Iranian nuclear deal, provided that the talks include broader issues to consolidate regional security and stability,” it said.
“Joint investment in the field of healthcare, to supplement and develop the health sectors in both countries, was also discussed,” said the news agency.
The Crown Prince and Netanyahu “reviewed regional and international developments and joint cooperation across various fields,” it added.
