Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militias in Yemen for launching an armed drone at Saudi Arabia.
Coalition forces intercepted the aircraft that was deliberately aimed at civilian locations in Khamis Mushait.
Manama slammed the attack as a flagrant violation of international laws and norms.
In a statement, Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs underscored its solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes to preserve the safety of its citizens and residents.
It praised the vigilance and readiness of the Saudi-led Arab coalition that successfully intercepted and destroyed the drone.
