BAFTAs: Full list of 2023 winners, from Austin Butler to the record-breaking All Quiet on the Western Front

All Quiet on the Western Front took a record-breaking seven awards at British Academy Film Awards in London last night (19 February).

The German language First World War reimagining won the top prize of best film while Edward Berger picked up best director. But the film wasn’t the only big success story of the night.

Austin Butler’s turn as Elvis Presley won him the best actor prize, while Cate Blanchett took home the best actress award for Tár.

Irish black comedy The Banshees of Inisherin won four awards, including both support acting categories.

The BAFTAs are often a form guide for who might be on for a successful night at the Oscars, which will be held in the early hours of March 13.
