BAFTAs 2019 after parties: Taylor Swift, Eddie Redmayne and Naomi Campbell party the night away

Sunday night was a star-studded affair on both sides of the Atlantic, as the Grammys kicked off in the United States while in the UK the BAFTAs ran on into the night.

In London there were six major BAFTAs after parties to choose from, with guest lists that featured Naomi Campbell, Lily Collins, Eddie Redmayne and Claire Foy.

At the official BAFTAs after party at Grosvenor House, pop star Taylor Swift crashed the official after party to support her boyfriend Joe Alwyn, whose film The Favourite was a BAFTA darling.

Swift teased the fact that she was heading out to the party as she posted a photo of her baby blue Stella McCartney gown to Instagram writing, “AHHHHH @thefavouritemovie just won 7 @bafta awards !!! Bout to go give some high fives”.

The Netflix BAFTA after party at Chiltern Firehouse saw two Hollywood luminaries, Viola Davis and Glenn Close, catch up on the sofas, while Salma Hayek showed up in a gorgeous velvet gown featuring a gigantic crystal iguana resting on her shoulder.

Unsurprisingly, the guests who rocked up to Annabel’s for the Vogue x Tiffany & Co’s after party were some of the most stylish of the night.

Although Timothee Chalamet’s floral blazer earned him a top spot on our list of the best dressed men at the BAFTAs, Eddie Redmayne's colour-dipped suit gave him a good run for his money.

Congratulations to all the nominees, winners and everybody who partied all night long - we hope you’ve got some good hangover breakfast plans.
