Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams once again turned to his beloved mum to accompany him on the red carpet.
The 47-year-old award-winning children's author has once again turned to his mother to be his 'plus one' at a big event and Kathleen Williams was full of smiles as they were snapped on the BAFTA TV red carpet at the Royal Festival Hall on London's Southbank.
Kathleen has been slowly upping her public profile in recent times, as she joins David at a number of film premieres as well as sitting in for Simon Cowell as a judge at a Britain's Got Talent audition.

David will be hoping to finish the night with a BAFTA tucked nicely under his other arm, as he is part of the Britain's Got Talent team that is nominated for Entertainment Programme.
With Strictly Come Dancing , Michael McIntyre's Big Show and serial winners Ant and Dec, with their Saturday Night Takeaway standing in his way, it could be a difficult award to bag.

David was resplendent, as ever, in a black tie and beamed with delight as he posed next to his mum, who brought a splash of colour to a predominately black dress dominated red carpet.
Her plum jacket complimented a flowered dress that has a hint of the Orient about it.
