Bafta Television Awards confirm host of 2026 ceremony

Comedian and Taskmaster host Greg Davies has been announced as the host for the 2026 Bafta Television Awards.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on 10 May at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall in London.
Davies, known for his role as Mr Gilbert in The Inbetweeners and hosting Never Mind The Buzzcocks, expressed his excitement for the role.
He stated his aim to ensure the event is a "warm celebration for all," with a humorous caveat.
Nominations for this year's awards will be revealed on Tuesday, and the public can vote for the P&O Cruises Memorable Moment Award.
