Badenoch blasts Starmer’s defence of welfare bill as ‘brass necked’

Badenoch stated that the proposed legislation would "achieve nothing" and was a "pointless waste of time," indicating Starmer lacked a clear plan.
Sir Keir Starmer reportedly laughed off a comment from the Prime Minister suggesting Labour was cleaning up a mess made by the Conservatives.
The welfare bill, which includes changes to personal independence payment (PIP) and the health-related element of universal credit, successfully passed its second reading on Tuesday evening.
